 
                            Gnocchi with Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP
Ingredients
| 400 g | Potato gnocchi | 
| 2.5 dl | Cream | 
| 50 g | White wine | 
| 400 g | Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP | 
| Salt & pepper | |
| Fried onions | |
| Grated Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP | |
| Flatleaf parsley | 
 
    Instructions
- Prepare the sauce by bringing the white wine and cream to a boil. Add the grated cheese and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Poach the potato gnocchi in salted water until they float to the top.
