
Gnocchi with Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP
Ingredients
400 g | Potato gnocchi |
2.5 dl | Cream |
50 g | White wine |
400 g | Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP |
Salt & pepper | |
Fried onions | |
Grated Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP | |
Flatleaf parsley |

Instructions
- Prepare the sauce by bringing the white wine and cream to a boil. Add the grated cheese and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Poach the potato gnocchi in salted water until they float to the top.
- Serve the gnocchi with the sauce and add fried onions, grated cheese and flatleaf parsley on top.
